Bissara Salim, de CEO, neemt soep mee uit Noord-Afrika, maar heeft water nodig om die te maken.
Breng water mee en je krijgt er soep voor terug.
Als je dat niet kunt, kun je het water lenen in ruil voor een donatie.

Bissara is een voedzame en troostrijke soep binnen het Marokkaanse dieet. De soep wordt gemaakt van tuinbonen, spliterwten, olijfolie, knoflook en komijn. Bissara Salim wordt huisgemaakt door Salim en vervolgens tot poeder verwerkt voor extra gemak, zodat je het eenvoudig kunt gebruiken tijdens je pauzes op kantoor of tijdens wandelingen en hikes. 

Op 28 maart in de middag organiseert de CEO van Bissara Salim een bijzondere soep-tasting op het plein bij het NS-station in Heerlen. Bezoekers zijn van harte welkom om verschillende soepen te proeven.

Bissara is a nutritious and comforting soup in the Moroccan diet. The soup is made from fava beans, split peas, olive oil, garlic, and cumin. Bissara Salim is homemade by Salim and then processed into powder for added convenience, making it easy to use during office breaks or while walking and hiking.

On March 28 in the afternoon, the CEO of Bissara Salim will organize a special soup tasting on the square near the NS railway station in Heerlen. Visitors are warmly welcome to come and taste a variety of soups.
